Shipping & Returns

The cost of shipping is £9 for all orders under the value of £500 and this will be displayed during Checkout. Our orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and should be delivered to you by 1pm the next working day. This is a 'Track & Trace' service and parcels require a signature upon delivery. *Please see below for full details and exclusions.


UK Customers:*

Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched on the same day by Royal Mail Special Delivery, and should reach you by 1pm the following working day. Larger items, such as Machines, will take longer (up to 2 weeks approximately). Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will not be dispatched until the next working day (Monday, or later in the event of a Public Holiday).

We do our very best to adhere to these timings, and are proud to say that we usually do, but occasionally circumstances beyond our control may mean that we are unable to meet these deadlines. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept responsibility for the consequences of a delivery which may arrive later than expected.

Shipping costs are as follows:

  • Orders under £500 - £9.00
  • Orders of £500 or above & less than £1000 - £15.00
  • Orders of £1000 or above & less than £2000 - £25
  • Orders of £2000 or above & less than £3000.00 - £50

The cost of shipping will be displayed during Checkout.

Overseas Customers:

We are set up to ship to the UK only. If you live outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us by email with a list of the products you would like so that we can calculate the price of shipping to you. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.



You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
